Welcome to our lovingly designed home, where togetherness and serenity abound! Leave your worries behind as you step into this spacious and inviting space.
You'll find two master bedrooms, each with a private bath and patio exit, offering stunning pool views. In addition, there are three more bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably.
The living room features a large smart TV, perfect for gathering and enjoying entertainment together. The open kitchen space is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ensuring your culinary adventures are a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll discover a dining table for casual meals and a formal dining room for special occasions.
Comfort is a priority, with central AC to keep you cool and gas-operated outdoor facilities for delightful gatherings. The heated pool, Jacuzzi, and pit fire with ample seating create the perfect ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment. And for the grill enthusiasts, the massive BBQ grill station awaits your culinary skills.
Parking is convenient with space for two cars in the garage and a large driveway that can accommodate up to three more cars.

Please note that our gardener and pool maintenance personnel may visit on a weekly basis to ensure the property is well-maintained. If you are arriving with kids or toddlers, kindly be aware that the pool is not gated for additional safety measures.
If you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, we can arrange it for you, but please inform us in advance. Please be aware that there will be an extra charge of $150 per night for pool heating. We want to ensure your utmost comfort and enjoyment, so feel free to let us know your preferences, and we will gladly accommodate your requests.

We get a cleaning report from our team to address any issue you may find.
-No smoking policy
Our smoking Policy is Strict, this is a non-smoking property, located in a High-Risk Fire Zone! Please do not smoke inside the property! If you smoke outdoors, please do so in the front yard and keep the sliding door and windows closed. Our smoking policy is VERY Strict. If there are smoke smells in the home, you may pay a fine up to $500.

Photography/shootings / small events **Do not host parties or gatherings, please discuss with us in advance if you have extra guests coming and get approved. The number of guests you mentioned in your booking will be considered as the guest allowed to stay. written request beforehand - specifying the terms and Deposit amount. Please contact us directly
-Pool /Jacuzzi can be heated for additional pay $200 a day, please let us know in advance (at least 2-3 days before your arrival) so we can prepare it on time.
**THE POOL IS NOT GATED, KEEP CHILDREN AWAY AND SAFE AROUND IT.
-Quiet hours
We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am noise should be kept to a minimum.
Please do not host additional guests other than the number listed in your reservation.
-Damages
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
Please mention if you arrive with Pets.
Pets must be groomed and well-trained. They are not allowed on the sofas (indoors/out) or in beds at any time!!
Pets should not be left alone in the property or outdoors while you are not there. Please make sure to clean up your pet before you leave.
**Please note that there is a pet fee of $150 for up to 2 pets. When booking we will request a $500 deposit and deduct the pet fee when returning the deposit. Failure to notify us of a pet will result in a $300 pet fee.
